Do I need a TAE qualification to train in a workplace?
I already have TAE40116. Do I need to upgrade?
TAE40116 is still accepted by most RTOs, but the new standard is TAE40122. Many employers now require the upgraded qualification, and ASQA compliance expectations are moving toward TAE40122. Learn TAE offers a fast, streamlined upgrade pathway.
How long does TAE40122 take to complete?
With our streamlined face-to-face delivery, you can complete in-person or virtual workshops over 20 days (4 weeks). Self-paced online learners typically take up to 6 months. The timeline depends on your chosen delivery mode & how quickly you complete your workplace assessment components (Students are given up to 12 months to complete the full qualification).
